Project Details
PIL CURE – When Radisson Seven Seas Cruises was ready to rebrand their cruise line and many of their resort properties to a higher-end category, they came to us to help evolve and elevate the brand with the first ever all encompassing cruise and hotel brand.
It wasn’t just the name that was going to change; it was the price points. This meant that consumers had to see a significant enhancement over previous years’ materials. We worked to refine the design on advertising, the website, collateral materials, and every other project that came up during the re-launch. PIL personalized the communications and versioning to enhance the user experience.
THE RESULTS – Through our efforts the company became the first-ever luxury brand that included cruise lines, hotels, and resorts all under the same umbrella. Product price points have increased across the board. Not long after, Regent won the prestigious award for Best Cruise Line from Condé Nast Traveler Magazine.
